I build clear products and strong teams.
Principal product designer with 20 years across consumer and B2B products, in enterprise, startups, and consulting.

I’ve spent my career on products where clarity is the feature: credit and lending, merchant operations, and enterprise workflows. The common thread is turning something complicated into a choice a person can make with confidence.
As a leader, I’ve built and scaled interdisciplinary teams, set up co-development with partners like Chase and Capital One, and stabilized a struggling team mid-project without stopping delivery. I stay hands-on because the details are where strategy either holds or breaks.
Lately I’m building with AI tools as part of how I work: Claude Code, MCP, and Figma plugins, including a multi-agent review tool that checks writing for clarity before it reaches a stakeholder. I’m interested in how these tools change the shape of a design team, not just its speed.
How I lead
- 01
Start with the decision
Find the call the team actually needs to make, then design the evidence and the experience around it.
- 02
Make the system legible
Map the people, data, and incentives until the hard part is visible to everyone, not just to me.
- 03
Bring teams with you
Shared language and early proof beat a perfect deck. Influence comes from making others' work easier.
- 04
Stay close to the making
From first sketch to shipped code, craft is how judgment shows up in the product.
